The World in You.

The past few months have stretched us all thin, separating our physical bodies from one another and forcing us to go inward and go deep. While we have had time to foster our own versions of what it means to be authentically whole in our own bodies, social media has kept our consciousness and attentions connected.

I believe it is because of these connections that we have birthed the most significant and essential movement of our lives. I recently realized that social media is a fundamentally critical part of regaining our collective wholeness as a society. In all spiritual teachings, we learn that to reach a state of enlightenment we must realize that we are all one. Social Media and the internet is teaching us how we are all interconnected, sometimes slowly,  but now Fiercely.

We are being exposed to the genius minds of our peers with connection at the tip of our fingers. As much as we are waking to new beauty and genius, at the same time we are being shown sickness in the form of evil. Evil that is now public to all through citizen journalist’s videos & recordings that otherwise may have continued to stay malignantly hidden.

One-ness includes the light and the dark. In some traditions it is said this includes 14+generations of reincarnation where  we have tried on a white body, a brown body, a black body. The somatics of these incarnations run deep throughout our cellular memories and our DNA. Perhaps we are being called by the connectivity of the internet to face these traumas received and perpetrated head on. Some that are not even from this incarnation.

I have created this page to educate others about health & wellness and I have not been posting lately as it seems insignificant with the state of the world. However, health and wellness of the individual trickles to the health and wellness of the collective. Health & wellness requires one to move through every cell in our own body and the collective bodies and shake up whatever residual pain and dis-ease exists with in and with out. It is then, that true healing can occur.

This is a time of opportunity, one which I implore you to seize and to recognize and move through these traumas ancient, old, and new. Traumas you hold in our own body and especially the ones you see others experience. We share all the trauma and all the pain. Pause with them. Feel them so deeply and connect to the collective. I challenge you to NOT stop standing in the wake of this shadow. I encourage you to own the body you have chosen this life time and to use that body as a vehicle to create long standing change. To regenerate the understanding of one-ness and to integrate that into your own psyche and the collective psyche. The health of the collective is the health of your own body.

How will you choose to heal it?
